1. Introduction

Welcome to Solvanta. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all courses, digital materials, and physical goods offered by Solvanta at solventa.tech.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Spiritual Development Services

Solvanta offers guided sessions, workshops, and coaching programs designed to support entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives in personal growth and mindful leadership.

2.2 Digital Materials

Digital materials include e-books, video tutorials, audio recordings, and online modules accessible via your account.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed workbooks, meditation aids, and mailed kits.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full prior to access or shipment. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. By completing payment, you agree to these Terms.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Changes

• Service Sessions: You may reschedule sessions without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee equal to the session rate.
• Workshops and Events: Transfers to another date are permitted up to 7 days before the event start date. After that, bookings are non-transferable.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Spiritual Development Services

If you cancel a one-on-one session or individual coaching package at least 7 days before the first scheduled meeting, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations later than this timeframe may be eligible for a credit toward future sessions at Solvanta’s discretion.

5.2 Digital Materials

Due to the intangible nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales of digital materials are final. No reimbursements are available once access credentials are delivered.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, credited via the original payment method.

5.4 Exceptions and No-Reimbursement Services

Certain group retreats or limited-space intensives require early resource commitments and are therefore non-refundable once booked. This policy ensures fairness for all participants and preserves program quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvanta’s total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Solvanta for the specific offering in question. Solvanta is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, activitymarks, logos, and content provided by Solvanta remain the exclusive property of Solvanta. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
